Social media

Social media management in Lausanne

I do not post at random, I steer: a strategy set before the first post, then a presence held week after week — editorial calendar, publishing, moderation, reporting. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Pricing

A number should never stop you

I publish my prices because I think it’s only fair to know where you’re heading before writing to me. They’re markers, not barriers: every project has its own scope, and the scope is what makes the amount. If the project speaks to you and a figure is holding you back, write to me anyway — we’ll look together at what is truly needed, and what can wait.

03 Questions

Before writing to me

Three families of questions, the ones that come up at every first meeting. The rest is settled in ten minutes of conversation.

What I do (3)

Which platforms do you work on?

Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. I don’t claim to cover every platform: two genuinely maintained accounts beat one account per network left to rot. We choose together the ones where your clients actually are, not the ones people talk about most.

Do you reply to comments and direct messages?

Yes, in every package. The moderation time and the response time depend on your tier — the detail is shown on each offer, higher up this page. This is moderation on working days: I promise neither nights nor weekends. Nobody can hold that seriously over time, and I would rather tell you beforehand than apologise afterwards.

Do you handle paid advertising?

No. I do organic: content, a community, a presence held over time. Advertising is another craft, with its own reflexes and its own traps. I would rather tell you it isn’t mine than learn it on your budget.

How we work (3)

Who creates the content, and who provides the photos and videos?

I write, design and dress it up. The raw material comes from you: your photos, your videos, what actually happens in your business. You drop them into a shared folder as you go, I sort and shape them. If that material is likely to run short, we talk about it before starting — it is what makes or breaks a month of content.

How many publications, and at what rhythm?

The volume depends on your package: it is detailed on each offer, higher up this page. The rhythm is weekly in every case. A presence held every week beats a burst every two months followed by a long silence.

Do I approve before publication?

Yes, every time. You see the month’s calendar — visuals and copy — before anything goes out. Nothing is published without your approval.

What you commit to (3)

What if I don’t send you content in time?

This is the question nobody asks and that sinks most collaborations — so let’s answer it. Your material collection is tracked: I see what is missing before it becomes a problem, and I chase you. If material is still short when production comes, I publish what can be published and I tell you precisely what could not be done, and why. What I do not do is invent your news to fill a slot.

Is there a commitment, and how do I stop?

I recommend planning for six months, and I would rather tell you why than impose it: below that, no content strategy can demonstrate anything, and I refuse to sell you a result that time does not allow. It is not a closed door either — the exact terms on duration and on ending are in your quote, which serves as the contract, and you read them before signing, not after.

Do the visuals you produce belong to me?

Yes. What is created for you is yours, and you do what you like with it: your social accounts, your website, your printed material. Two caveats, in fairness. I cannot transfer more rights than I hold — a licensed typeface or a stock image keeps its own terms. And photos where people are recognisable depend on their consent, not mine. I keep only the right to show this work in my portfolio.

Ask yours

I am based in Renens, in the western Lausanne area, working with independents and small businesses in Lausanne, Renens, Ecublens, Crissier, Prilly and Chavannes-près-Renens, and across the canton of Vaud and French-speaking Switzerland. Knowing the area also means knowing who your publications are speaking to.

The combo

And the site at the end of the link?

Social brings people in; you still need somewhere to send them. Designed together, the site and the channels pull in the same direction instead of contradicting each other — one identity, from the homepage to the last post.
