The rate follows that logic: a reference rate over twelve months, a higher rate if you would rather stay month to month. Flexibility remains possible, it simply has its price. The exact terms on duration and on ending are in your quote, which serves as the contract: you read them before signing. Quoted according to the size of the app (~CHF 300 to 800/month).
